Awful service and food not prepared correctly, This location is on Brainerd rd in Chattanooga Tn. The staff look like they have never washed their clothes and do not check back for refills and if the food is ok. Had to get their attention to let them know our food was wrong and they acted like they didnt even care. I started going to this location because of a waiter that used to be at our local but had moved. He is now back in Hixson, so will go back and try it again, but never to the Brainerd store again. I had recieved a survey with my check but it wont let me go and do it. I wonder why? More...
